Yes. Brilliant Technologies have inks for all the current Canon Wide Format printers in our printer service department located at the rear of our main building, just drive down & park out of the rain right beside the double glass doors.

15. We want to scan documents, automatically file and then edit them. Is this possible?

Document Management software by Canon & Papercut can scan paperwork to cut down on handling and filing the paperwork in your office.  With auto filing features to make finding the scanned documents easy they can also reduce your admin time and help reduce print costs. Our fully trained sales & technical staff can assist you to fully utilize these and other features available to your Canon Photocopier.

16. Do you offer a finance solution or can we rent a Photocopier?

Canon has a range of finance solutions that are fast to set up & will have that new copier up & running in your business faster.

17. Can my Canon Ink printer, laser printer or multifunction device (MFD) be serviced in Cairns?

22. My computer & printer were damaged in the recent storms, can you do a quote for my insurance company?

Brilliant Technologies works with many insurance companies and can provide a quote once we see the equipment.  Our quote fee can become part of the insurance claim.

23. I bought my Toshiba laptop in Perth before I moved to Cairns, is there anyone in Cairns who can fix it?

Brilliant Technologies are a warranty agent for Toshiba so no matter where in Australia you bought your laptop, we can look after it for you – and if it turns out to be a warranty claim then we charge Toshiba not you.

24. My computer is running slowly, it takes ages just to turn on and I've got no room for all my music. What can I do?

Usually this means that the computer needs more storage room, either more RAM or a bigger hard drive or both! We can help even if your computer is a few years old. NB. A virus can also make your computer run very slowly – we can also help with that.

25. My computer seems to have a virus, what can I do?

Our service department are fully qualified and have access to a variety of software solutions to help with your security. NB The best form of defence is to equip your computer, or mobile device, with an internet security program from the start.

26. When does the $20,000 assert write off finish?

In the recent budget the Federal Government announced support for businesses with a turnover of less than $10 million giving them access until 30 June 2017 to an immediate asset write off for purchases less than $20,000.
